We’re a family-owned, independent mortgage brokerage in Arlington, Texas. We believe a mortgage is one of the biggest financial decisions a family makes — and that it deserves an advisor, not a salesperson.
Our story
Mortgage Matters started with a conviction: families make better decisions when someone takes the time to explain their options honestly — including the option to do nothing. More than two decades in mortgage lending later, that’s still how every file here begins.
As an independent brokerage, we’re not owned by a bank and we don’t sell one shelf of products. We compare offers from more than fifty lenders and put the trade-offs in writing, so you can weigh them the way we would for our own family. Thousands of families across Texas and beyond have closed with us — many of them sent by the family before them.
